Waldo Thai, a family-owned restaurant situated in Waldo, Missouri, south of downtown Kansas City, was inaugurated in 2018 under the leadership of Executive Chef Pam Liberda. Our dining program is the result of traditions passed down through generations, flavors common to the eateries in temperate Northern Thailand, and the preparation and cooking skills honed through education and practice. Led by our Executive Chef Pam Liberda, our team is practiced in the techniques and methods required to produce our authentic and accessible cuisine.
